Available Shifts
- 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Monday-Friday
- No rotating schedules
What You'll Be Doing
- Track and manage maintenance work orders
- Coordinate parts, supplies, and inventory
- Work with vendors and process purchase orders
- Assist with scheduling maintenance activities
- Create reports and maintain department records
- Support daily operations between the office and warehouse
What We're Looking For
- Administrative, coordinator, inventory, purchasing, or maintenance support experience
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word
- Organized and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with inventory, work orders, or maintenance departments is a plus

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jupiter, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.77 - $24.77/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
