Ready for a hands-on role in a clean, modern manufacturing environment? We're hiring Assembly Technicians to help build automotive components used in next-generation vehicles. No extensive manufacturing experience required. Training is provided.💲 Pay: $22.03/hour📅 Available Shifts
- 🌤 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 🌙 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Monday-Friday with occasional overtime
🔧 What You'll Be Doing
- Assemble components using hand tools and automated equipment
- Install hardware and fasteners according to work instructions
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Package completed products
- Follow safety and production procedures
- Keep your workstation clean and organized
Qualifications
- Assembly, warehouse, production, retail, or general labor experience is a plus
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenfield, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.05 - $22.05/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
