Position Overview

We are currently hiring Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on production role where employees will assemble wheels onto trash cans, remove finished products from molds, stack products, and prepare materials for shipment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or machine operating experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are looking for long-term growth. Employees who perform well may have the opportunity to convert to a permanent position after approximately four months.

What You'll Be Doing

Assemble wheels and components onto plastic trash cans.
Remove finished products from molds and prepare them for the next production stage.
Stack, organize, and move completed products throughout the production area.
Operate basic production equipment and support manufacturing operations.
Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
Perform basic production documentation and data entry as required.
Conduct visual quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Work as part of a production team to meet daily output goals.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Statesville, NC.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
