Description
The person supervises staff across several entities for a department that operates 24/7. Person must have excellent personnel skills, collaborate well with leaders/non-leaders throughout the organization and communicate effectively. Ability to motivate staff and maintain synergy among the team. The person will be directly responsible for the performance and training of the Consumer Access Operators. Responsible for ensuring that operators are cross-trained for all entities. Expected to travel across entities to attend meetings and provide leader support as needed.
Estimated salary range for this position is $51467.14 - $66907.28 / year depending on experience. Qualifications:

Additional Qualifications
- Associate of Arts - AA required.
- Managerial experience in direct personnel supervision preferably in customer service or Healthcare environment.
- The person must have an understanding of protocols and applications used in Consumer Access operations.
- Requires strong critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills to help resolve day-to-day related items employees.
- Will resolve technical or administrative concerns requiring advanced technical training, i.
- e. Medicall and Finesse applications.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
