What will be your challenge?
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing strategic operational projects nationwide, working closely with internal teams, regional stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of objectives, budgets, timelines, and quality standards. You will also lead expansion initiatives, process optimization projects, the implementation of new technologies, and the adaptation of operational facilities.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead infrastructure, expansion, and operational improvement projects.
✅ Develop and present Business Case Applications (BCAs) for investment projects.
✅ Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and contingency plans.
✅ Analyze operational capacity and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
✅ Coordinate cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders.
✅ Monitor project KPIs, progress, and overall results.
✅ Ensure compliance with procurement processes, compliance requirements, and vendor management standards.
✅ Lead innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ Oversee maintenance services, facilities management, and operational continuity.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, International Trade, or related fields.
- Specialization or Master’s degree in Project Management, Operations, Business Administration, or an MBA.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- 3 to 4 years of experience leading operational, expansion, or transformation projects.
- Experience managing budgets, financial analysis, KPIs, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
