About this role
Process domestic and international flight reservations. Make hotel, resort and accommodation bookings. Provide clients with travel quotations and booking confirmations. Process ticket changes, cancellations and rebooking requests. Verify passenger information and travel itineraries. Maintain accurate reservation records and client databases. Communicate with airlines, hotels and travel suppliers. Monitor booking deadlines and payment requirements. Resolve reservation discrepancies and booking-related complaints. Provide administrative support for travel consultants.
