Our school is growing! Due to our expansion, we are looking for a chef to work alongside our current chef, preparing nutritious, delicious meals and snacks for the children in our care.
Responsibilities include
- Preparing and cooking meals and snacks for infants, toddlers and preschool children.
- Working with our current chef to coordinate daily food preparation and service.
- Accommodating food allergies, dietary restrictions and age-appropriate food textures.
- Assisting with menu planning, grocery orders and inventory.
- Maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and following safe food-handling practices.
- Communicating with classroom staff to support children?s dietary needs.
We?re looking for someone who
- Has experience cooking in a professional kitchen, preferably in childcare or a similar setting.
- Holds current food handler certification.
- Is dependable, organized and comfortable preparing meals in large quantities.
- Works well with others and takes pride in providing healthy meals for children.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
