Job summary
We are a friendly, supportive and dynamic training PCN seeking a Salaried GP to join our clinical team on a fixed-term contract until the end of March 2027.
This is an excellent opportunity for a GP looking for a well-structured role within a positive and collaborative practice environment, with a strong emphasis on safe working, continuity of care and clinician wellbeing.
We are offering 7 sessions per week, with 4 sessions at Grove House Surgery and 3 sessions at West Meads Doctors Surgery, both within the closely integrated Bognor Coastal Alliance PCN, alongside a competitive salary.

Main duties of the job
The postholder will be responsible for delivering high-quality primary care services, including:
Managing a patient list with a focus on safe, effective and patient-centred care Conducting 15-minute consultations, with 12 patients per session Undertaking a maximum of 1 home visit per day; where more than one visit is clinically required, additional time will be allocated accordingly Assessing, diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions Undertaking physical examinations, investigations and appropriate clinical procedures where required Prescribing medication and treatment in accordance with current guidelines and best practice Maintaining accurate, contemporaneous and comprehensive clinical records Explaining diagnoses, investigations, test results and treatment plans clearly to patients Supporting patients with preventative healthcare and lifestyle advice where appropriate Working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team Participating in the delivery of care within a supportive training practice environment Supporting the training and supervision of GP Registrars, junior Doctors and other healthcare professionals where appropriate Consulting and liaising with colleagues and secondary care clinicians regarding patients with complex or specialised healthcare needs Complying with all legislation, GMC guidance and professional standards applicable to practicing medicine
