Main duties of the job As a valued member of the Operose Health team, the key duties for the Prescribing Pharmacist include prescribing, online and telephone clinical triage, management of minor illness and LTC advice. The role involves delivering safe, clinical decisions and expert care, as well as working collaboratively with all team members of a multi professional team. Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council. Independent prescribing qualification. Ability to apply effective clinical judgement in the prioritisation and decision-making aspects of the role. Previous general practice experience is desirable. Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council. Independent prescribing qualification. Ability to apply effective clinical judgement in prioritization and decision-making. Previous general practice experience is desirable.
