As a Oracle Cloud Technical - Director you will lead Oracle technology client work that helps organizations install, configure, administer, develop, and support Oracle products and solutions within our Advisory practice. As a Director you will set direction, guide business growth, and shape client engagements while mentoring teams, balancing strategic choices with hands-on delivery, and advancing ideas that help people and technology thrive together. In this role at PwC, you will oversee multiple workstreams, manage executive-level client relationships, and drive solutions that support operational efficiency, integration, and adoption of Oracle cloud capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Setting strategic direction for Oracle Core ERP client engagements and aligning technical solutions with business goals
- Leading Oracle cloud architecture, configuration, and deployment activities across finance transformation programs
- Directing solution design for Oracle Application Development Framework, Oracle Data Integration, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Driving business growth by identifying technology opportunities within finance operations and enterprise platform modernization
- Overseeing multiple workstreams including program planning, data migration, integration, and security framework design
- Advising clients on Oracle core finance process improvement and platform optimization across enterprise environments
- Developing new solution approaches that improve system functionality, scalability, and operational efficiency
- Mentoring teams and building capability across technical delivery, solution development, and client advisory work
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
- Demonstrating Oracle Cloud technical delivery across finance transformation programs
- Leading Oracle ERP integration design, configuration, and deployment activities
- Translating enterprise requirements into scalable cloud solution structures
- Developing executive-level client relationships and advising on technology direction
- Mentoring teams while driving thought leadership and business growth
