As an Associate - Billing Platform - Finance Solutions you will support Oracle lead-to-revenue work within our Finance practice, helping clients improve billing processes, operational efficiency, and the use of business applications across the customer journey. As an Associate you will focus on learning, contributing to client projects, and building your skills while taking ownership of assigned tasks, adapting to different situations, and delivering dependable work in a fast-paced environment. In this role at PwC, you will help implement and configure application solutions, gather information from client needs, support testing and issue resolution, and assist with training and day-to-day support for finance technology tools.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Oracle lead-to-revenue implementations across billing platform workstreams for finance clients
- Configuring Oracle Revenue Management and Billing, Revenue Management Cloud Service, Subscription Management, and related billing processes
- Assisting in the analysis of client requirements and translating process needs into system configuration tasks
- Performing functional testing, data validation, and issue tracking during implementation and support cycles
- Documenting solution details, process flows, and configuration decisions for project teams and client stakeholders
- Helping prepare training materials and user guidance for business application adoption
- Coordinating with team members to gather information, resolve functional questions, and maintain project momentum
- Applying finance operations knowledge to support end-to-end order-to-cash and revenue management activities
What You Must Have
- At least a Master's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Lead-to-Revenue or related Oracle Customer Experience (CX) Revenue Cloud applications
- Demonstrating coursework or project work in finance operations systems
- Applying knowledge of Oracle Revenue Management and Billing or Revenue Management Cloud Service
- Utilizing customer experience concepts within billing platform support
- Adapting quickly across client situations and team settings
- Building commercial awareness through curiosity and feedback
