As a SAP Tech Senior Associate you will support client needs through SAP technology work, including installation, configuration, administration, development, and ongoing support for business applications that help improve operational efficiency. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while developing deeper technical skills and business context within our Advisory practice. In this role at PwC, you will help deliver SAP solutions across application evolution efforts, contribute to solution support and integration activities, interpret feedback, and apply critical thinking to complex work as you continue to grow your personal brand and technical knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Managing SAP application support workstreams across installation, configuration, administration, and enhancement activities
- Analyzing client requirements and translating business needs into functional and technical SAP solutions
- Supporting S/4HANA transitions, integrations, and performance tuning across core digital business applications
- Developing and maintaining SAP objects, including ABAP customizations, forms, reports, and workflow components
- Troubleshooting system issues and coordinating root cause analysis for incidents, defects, and service requests
- Performing configuration and testing for SAP modules and related technologies such as SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud
- Documenting solution designs, technical changes, and support activities to maintain clear project records
- Collaborating with client teams to prioritize work, address issues, and maintain delivery momentum across assigned activities
- Mentoring junior team members by reviewing deliverables and sharing practical guidance on SAP delivery tasks
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Applying SAP technology knowledge across managed service engagements and client support
- Advancing SAP system administration, integration, security, or platform configuration skills
- Interpreting complex technical concepts and shaping practical recommendations
- Anticipating client needs while navigating changing project demands
- Mentoring junior team members through review, guidance, and feedback
