As a Senior Associate - Billing Platform - Finance Solutions you will help shape billing platform solutions that support quote-to-cash transformation, from requirements review and fit-gap analysis through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Within our Advisory practice, you will use your billing platform knowledge to support client needs across subscription management, pricing, usage-based billing, invoicing, payments, collections, and revenue processes while building meaningful client connections and developing your own brand. This role offers the chance to contribute across the full delivery lifecycle in a setting that values practical problem solving, clear communication, and steady progress on complex workstreams.
As a Senior Associate you will analyze detailed requirements, break down complex issues, guide junior team members, and maintain professional and technical standards while working through ambiguity and shifting priorities. In this role at PwC, you will prepare functional and technical designs, develop customizations and integrations, support testing and defect resolution, and collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable Billing Platform solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing business requirements for Zuora billing and quote-to-cash processes and translating them into functional and technical solution designs
- Configuring billing platform capabilities across subscription management, pricing, invoicing, payments, collections, and revenue processing
- Developing customizations, workflows, reports, integrations, and data migration components using platform tools, APIs, and scripting
- Performing fit-gap assessments and documenting configuration decisions, solution options, and implementation dependencies
- Supporting unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and release activities
- Troubleshooting production issues and completing root cause analysis to support stabilization after go-live
- Collaborating with solution architects, functional consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders across the project lifecycle
- Preparing technical and functional documentation and contributing to knowledge transfer and user support activities
- Applying Oracle CPQ Cloud, Oracle Revenue Management and Zuora Billing, and Revenue Management Cloud Service knowledge to improve solution fit and process alignment
- Validating billing workflows, tax settings, reconciliation logic, and data quality across connected enterprise systems
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Lead-to-Revenue or related Oracle Customer Experience (CX) Revenue Cloud applications
- Demonstrating Oracle Billing Platform configuration across quote-to-cash programs
- Applying fit-gap analysis for billing, invoicing, and collections processes
- Developing integrations, workflows, reports, and data migration solutions
- Supporting testing, defect resolution, and post-go-live stabilization
- Collaborating across finance stakeholders, architects, and technical teams
