As a SAP RTR - Senior Associate you will support client needs across SAP finance workstreams, helping analyze requirements, implement solutions, and provide training that supports smoother adoption of finance applications. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, navigate more complex situations, and deepen your technical skills while supporting others and maintaining professional and technical standards. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to business application consulting within our Advisory practice and focus on SAP finance solutions that help clients improve financial reporting and operating efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client business requirements for SAP finance processes and translating them into functional solution designs
- Implementing and supporting SAP FI and SAP FICO configurations to improve financial reporting and transaction processing
- Managing assigned workstreams across SAP finance initiatives, confirming deliverables align with project objectives and timelines
- Interpreting financial data and process gaps to develop recommendations for system improvements and controls
- Coordinating testing activities, documenting results, and resolving issues across SAP finance application deployments and enhancements
- Building meaningful client relationships by addressing questions, clarifying requirements, and supporting adoption of new solutions
- Guiding junior team members through task execution, issue resolution, and day-to-day delivery activities
- Applying SAP reporting and analytics tools to produce insights that support finance transformation and operational efficiency
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Demonstrating SAP RTR experience across record-to-report processes in client settings
- Applying accounting and financial reporting knowledge within SAP finance transformations
- Interpreting business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions
- Collaborating across teams while mentoring junior professionals
- Navigating ambiguity and changing priorities while advancing delivery
