As a Snowflake + Databricks + AI Senior Manager you will lead client-facing data engineering work that designs and develops data pipelines, integration layers, and transformation solutions across modern cloud platforms, helping turn raw information into usable insights and supporting data-driven decisions. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, bring strategic direction to complex work, motivate and coach teams, and use sound judgment to navigate ambiguity while developing diverse, inclusive, and productive groups.
In this role at PwC, you will work within our Advisory practice in data and analytics engineering, bringing together Snowflake, Databricks, and AI capabilities to support data modernization efforts and contribute to delivery across multiple work streams. You will also collaborate across stakeholders, communicate clearly, and apply a practical, results-driven approach to help move work forward with operational excellence and a focus on sustained client value.
Responsibilities
- Leading data modernization programs that design and build Snowflake and Databricks solutions for client environments
- Architecting data pipelines, integration flows, and transformation processes across cloud platforms
- Advising clients on data platform modernization strategies that improve scalability, performance, and value realization
- Directing teams through complex delivery efforts involving cloud migration, consolidation, and performance tuning
- Applying AI and analytics capabilities to translate raw data into usable insights for business decisions
- Developing data models, warehouse structures, and validation processes that support reliable reporting and analysis
- Coordinating technical planning across AWS, Azure, and multi-cloud environments to support modern data architectures
- Coaching team members, resolving delivery issues, and adapting plans when client needs or project conditions change
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 14 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
