As a SAP PMO Senior Associate you will oversee SAP implementation workstreams, coordinate project plans, monitor milestones, and support issue resolution across business leaders, project managers, and technical teams within our Advisory practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex situations, build meaningful client connections, guide junior team members, and manage work with a focus on professional skepticism, business context, and adaptable problem-solving. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to large-scale SAP programme management efforts by tracking deliverables, organizing resources, supporting status reporting, and helping move SAP solutions from planning through delivery while developing your personal brand and technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Managing SAP program workstreams across finance technology implementation efforts
- Coordinating project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource assignments for complex delivery timelines
- Tracking status, risks, issues, and action items across multiple stakeholders and project teams
- Supporting program governance activities through reporting, meeting preparation, and decision tracking
- Analyzing project requirements and translating business objectives into actionable delivery plans
- Monitoring scope, schedule, budget, and deliverable progress throughout the program lifecycle
- Developing client relationships by communicating updates, clarifying priorities, and responding to changing needs
- Applying SAP project management methods and tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project to organize work and report progress
- Supporting process planning and continuous improvement across SAP Core ERP and S/4HANA finance initiatives
- Mentoring junior team members by reviewing work products and sharing program management knowledge
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
