As a SAP -Ai Engineers - Senior Associate you will help design, build, and deploy SAP GenAI and Agentic AI solutions that support finance technology and core ERP transformation work within our Advisory practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, mentor junior team members, and build client relationships while applying professional judgment, technical skills, and a broader understanding of the business context. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to AI-enabled accelerators, develop Python-based services, support RAG and LLM application development, and help translate SAP requirements into scalable solutions that can be used across delivery engagements.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for SAP and enterprise use cases with production readiness in mind
- Building RAG-based applications using SAP data, technical documentation, and knowledge repositories
- Creating AI accelerators for SAP code analysis, modernization, test generation, data mapping, impact analysis, and knowledge assistants
- Integrating LLM solutions with SAP applications, APIs, services, and enterprise data sources
- Developing graph-based memory, tool-using agents, and context-aware AI components for multi-agent workflows
- Writing reusable Python services and APIs that support scalable AI delivery
- Applying cloud-based LLM platforms such as Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock to deliver enterprise AI solutions
- Translating SAP functional and technical requirements into AI engineering solutions for finance and ERP transformation use cases
- Implementing evaluation methods for accuracy, relevance, groundedness, hallucination mitigation, performance, and reliability
- Applying software engineering practices such as version control, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, security, and maintainability
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating SAP GenAI delivery across enterprise transformation workstreams
- Building Agentic AI and RAG solutions using Python and LLM frameworks
- Integrating AI services with SAP applications, APIs, and enterprise data sources
- Applying production monitoring, evaluation, and observability practices for AI solutions
- Mentoring junior team members while navigating client delivery ambiguity
