About the location

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Club Coordinator to join the team at Ten Trinity Square Private Members Club. This role supports the Membership, Events, and Member Relations functions while helping deliver an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

Located in the heart of the City of London, Ten Trinity Square Private Club represents a unique partnership between Reignwood Group, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Château Latour; conceived as a place of purpose where outstanding individuals can meet in a relaxed setting for the sharing of ideas, perspective and aspirations.
The role
As Club Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the day to day administration of the Club while acting as a key point of contact for members and guests.
Working closely with the Membership and Events teams, you will coordinate administrative processes, support member communications, assist with events, and help ensure a seamless experience across all Club touchpoints.

What you will do
- Provide administrative support to the Membership and Events teams
- Assist with membership enquiries, communications, and record management
- Support the coordination and administration of Club events and member activities
- Welcome members and guests and assist with Club Reception duties
- Maintain accurate databases, reports, and membership information
- Coordinate reservations, event bookings, and member requests where required
- Build positive relationships with members, guests, and internal stakeholders
- Support member engagement initiatives and Club communications
- Work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
What we are looking for
- Previous experience within administration, membership services, events, hospitality, or a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
- Professional presentation and a guest focused mindset
- Positive attitude and collaborative approach to teamwork
- Good spoken and written English
- Right to Work in the UK
What to expect
- Full time position based on a 40 hour working week
- Monday to Friday operation, with shifts rotating through morning, middle and evening
