The Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa is a colorful Garden Island with all the charm and intimacy of a traditional Maldivian Village. Located just 25 minutes by speedboat from the airport, the island’s accommodations, restaurants and recreational facilities are all close at hand, arranged around a beautiful central promenade lined with borders of bougainvillea, frangipani and hibiscus flowers.
What you will do
- Coordinate and lead exciting activities and excursions for guests and kids, ensuring memorable experiences on and off the island.
- Provide personalized guest lessons and offer exceptional hospitality in all interactions.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge to recommend and effectively upsell activities and services.
- Safely operate and maintain relevant equipment and promptly report any issues.
- Handle emergencies calmly and competently, including providing basic first aid.
- Engage children and young adults with tailored activities and assist guests with equipment use.
- Offer insightful cultural, shopping, and dining recommendations for a personalized guest experience.
- Design, coordinate, and facilitate artistic and creative activities, including spray painting, molding, carving, crafts, and other hands-on projects that inspire guest participation and creativity.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
What you bring
- Excellent command of English, with strong communication, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Successful completion of O Levels, supplemented by a qualification in Recreation, Sports, Hospitality, Fine Arts, Education, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a luxury resort or hospitality environment.
- A positive attitude, professional presence, personal flair, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Physically fit and enthusiastic about outdoor activities, with proficiency in swimming and experience in watersports, tennis, and gym equipment operation.
- Strong artistic and creative abilities, with hands-on experience in painting, drawing, spray paint art, carving, sculpting, molding, crafting, and facilitating engaging art-focused workshops and activities for guests and children.
- Creative, energetic, and confident in engaging guests of all ages through recreational and artistic experiences.

Schedule & Hours
- This is a full time position
- 48 hours a week with one day off
