Salary: £60,000 - 75,000 per year
Requirements
- Strong Microsoft expertise across Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Purview, Azure and security.
- MSP consultancy, professional services or senior engineering experience, including personal ownership of project scoping and hands-on delivery.
- Proven delivery of Microsoft 365 migrations and modern workplace projects.
- Broad knowledge of Windows Server, networking, firewalls, virtualisation and backup.
- Commercial awareness, confident client communication and the ability to make technical decisions independently.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail when managing competing priorities.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
- Mac support, Apple device management, Microsoft certifications, and ISO 27001/Cyber Essentials experience are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Own client onboarding, from technical discovery and risk assessments through to Service Desk handover.
- Work with sales to produce scopes of work, delivery estimates and licensing costs.
- Personally deliver Microsoft 365 migrations and projects across Intune, Entra ID, Purview, Azure and security.
- Manage multiple projects within agreed timescales and budgets, keeping clients informed.
- Support complex technical escalations and ensure documentation, testing and sign-off are complete.
