Salary: £60,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a software company, including end-to-end delivery of requirements
- Experience with accounting, finance, or ERP systems
- Ability to speak with customers, scope their needs, and communicate them to technical development teams
- Experience managing backlogs, sprint ceremonies, and release documentation
- Solid Agile experience and the ability to work effectively with development teams
- Sufficient technical skills to query a database, understand a data model, and investigate and explain how a product works
- Experience in the property industry is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Identify the underlying problem behind customer or internal requests and turn it into clear functional specifications and acceptance criteria
- Own and manage the core product backlog day to day, including refinement, prioritisation, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Work with developers and QA throughout delivery
- Own product delivery for the custom development revenue line, including scoping, requirements gathering, and release
- Write release notes and brief and train Professional Services, Client Services, and Sales teams on delivered changes
