Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Head of Digital Transformation, Digital Transformation Manager, Head of Technology, IT Transformation, or similar leadership position.
- A track record of successfully implementing and integrating business systems and technology platforms.
- Experience designing, developing, or overseeing bespoke applications and digital products.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, system integrations, automation, and modern technology infrastructure.
- An understanding of AI and how emerging technologies can improve business operations.
- Experience mapping business processes and connecting multiple departments through integrated systems.
- Ability to identify opportunities, build a business case, and deliver projects from concept through to completion.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence influencing senior stakeholders and leading organisational change.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a digital transformation strategy that supports our wider commercial objectives and long-term growth plans.
- Identify, introduce, and implement systems, platforms, and technologies that improve our business performance and operational efficiency.
- Design, develop, and oversee bespoke business applications, tools, and digital solutions that address operational challenges.
- Connect our business functions, ensuring systems communicate effectively and information flows seamlessly between departments.
- Review existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement smarter, automated processes across our business.
- Monitor industry developments, emerging technologies, and digital trends, including AI, automation, and new application capabilities.
- Work with our Board, Directors, department heads, and operational teams to understand business requirements and deliver meaningful change.
- Improve data visibility, reporting capabilities, and management information to support better commercial decision-making.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging new ideas and challenging traditional ways of working.
