Requirements
- Experience delivering managed endpoint services in a customer-facing technical setting.
- Strong ability to investigate, diagnose, and resolve endpoint-related technical issues.
- Experience managing customer incidents, service requests, and case updates.
- Clear written and verbal communication when explaining technical information to customers.
- Ability to maintain accurate technical records and document service activity.
- Confidence working with internal teams to progress and resolve technical queries.
Responsibilities
- Deliver managed endpoint services for customers and help maintain reliable day-to-day service.
- Respond to customer queries and technical issues through agreed Customer Service channels.
- Investigate endpoint-related incidents and work towards timely, practical resolutions.
- Monitor service requests and provide clear updates to customers throughout each case.
- Record technical activity and outcomes accurately to support consistent service delivery.
- Work with relevant internal teams to resolve complex endpoint issues and keep customers informed.
- Identify recurring endpoint issues and share findings to help improve service delivery.
- Manage workload priorities to meet customer needs and agreed service expectations.
