More
We are looking for DevOps engineers to join our development team and help advance the roadmap for our cloud-based solutions. We value enthusiasm for emerging software trends, a proactive approach to continuous improvement, and a passion for evolving and championing best practices, standards, and processes. We provide innovative solutions to the water industry, developing cloud, enterprise, web, and mobile products; integrating and analysing data; designing data science and advanced analytics solutions; and creating reporting, data mining, and visualisation tools.
Crowder Consulting is a consulting engineering, software development, and data analysis business focused on the global water industry. For over 30 years, we have developed consultancy, data, and field services solutions for water network management, supporting UK and international water operators with network management, leakage, and non-revenue water reduction initiatives. Our Netbase System provides a data-rich digital twin of water networks, while our cloud-based Netbase Digital Services Platform supports analytics, operational and field services, and leakage activities. Established in 1985, we have a growing team of over 150 employees and have held Investors in People accreditation since 2004.
We offer in-house training and support for relevant certifications, a permanent contract, a starting salary of £40,000 or more depending on experience, skills, and qualifications, an employer-contributory pension, annual leave that increases with service, company events, a cycle-to-work scheme, and an on-site gym. The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times. Our offices are centrally located in Birkenhead with good transport links, and hybrid working is available.
Applicants should submit a CV and covering letter quoting reference 11/2026. The application asks whether sponsorship for employment visa status will be required now or in the future.
