More

We are looking for Junior DevOps engineers to join our development team and help advance the roadmap for our cloud-based solutions. We value enthusiasm for current software trends and technologies, and a willingness to learn and grow. We provide innovative solutions to the water industry, developing cloud, enterprise, web and mobile solutions; integrating and analysing data; designing data science and analytics solutions; and building reporting, data mining and visualisation tools. Our work uses cloud and other cutting-edge technologies to address real industry problems. We provide a dedicated mentor, in-house training and support for relevant certifications.

The starting salary is £30,000 or higher depending on experience, skills and qualifications. Benefits include an employer-contributory pension, annual leave that increases with service, company events, a cycle-to-work scheme and an on-site gym. This is a permanent, 37.5-hour-per-week role, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times between 8am and 10am and finish times between 4.30pm and 6.30pm. Our offices are centrally located in Birkenhead, with good transport links, and hybrid working options are available.

Crowder Consulting is a consulting engineering, software development and data analysis business serving the global water industry. For over 40 years, we have developed consultancy, data and field services solutions for water network management, supporting UK and international water operators with network management, leakage and NRW reduction initiatives. Our Netbase System provides a data-rich digital twin of client water networks, with applications for monitoring, operation, optimisation, management and regulatory reporting.

Our cloud-based Netbase Digital Services Platform extends those capabilities with web technologies supporting analytics, operational and field services, and leakage activities. Established in 1985, we have a growing team of over 150 employees and have been Investors in People accredited since 2004. Our continued growth offers career opportunities.
