Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, or a similar technical role
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and Windows 11
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune
- Solid networking fundamentals, including DNS, TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues independently
- Experience with Fortinet FortiGate firewalls is desirable
- PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation experience is desirable
- Mobile device management experience, including Android Enterprise, is desirable
- Security hardening and vulnerability management experience is desirable
- Experience in ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similarly controlled environments is desirable
Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and support Windows Server and Windows 11 environments
- Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Intune
- Provide second- and third-line infrastructure support and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Support networking infrastructure, security configurations, patching, and vulnerability remediation
- Deliver infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology improvement projects
- Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to improve operational efficiency
