Requirements
- Foundational experience in business analysis, technology, testing, operations, or a related analytical area, gained through employment, placements, or relevant projects; candidates at the start of their career are welcome, with no minimum number of years experience required.
- A genuine interest in financial markets and trading technology, and a willingness to learn about fixed-income products and trade lifecycles.
- Introductory knowledge of financial products or trade lifecycles, gained through study, placements, or work experience; exposure to credit e-trading workflows is beneficial but not required.
Responsibilities
- Help capture business requirements, document workflows, and support testing and implementation.
- Support project delivery across the e-trading product platform.
- Document requirements and user stories, attend meetings, provide administration and organization, and manage project deliverables within the trading team.

We are recruiting for a permanent Junior Business Analyst / Junior Product Analyst role with an investment bank growing its product team. The role is part of the IT Product Management team and supports the delivery and ongoing development of the Credit e-Trading platform, working with Credit traders, Product Management, Development, QA, and Support. The business area is Fixed Income / Credit e-Trading. The position is based in the City of London with a 50/50 hybrid working arrangement, and the salary is £45,000–£60,000. We are shortlisting now.
