Requirements
- Commercial experience in IT support or systems administration
- Experience supporting Microsoft environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks
- Interest in developing systems administration and cloud infrastructure knowledge
- Comfortable supporting internal users and external customers
- Located within commuting distance of Godalming
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to users across the business
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows, and user administration
- Assist with cloud and hybrid infrastructure
- Troubleshoot software and technical issues with our products for customers and distributors
- Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Intune as part of a small team
