Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support by resolving basic hardware, software and network issues, and escalating more complex problems to the wider IT team.
- Set up, configure and deploy computers, printers and mobile devices, and administer user accounts.
- Assist with software updates, equipment maintenance, password resets and access requests.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and record technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Create and update support documentation, guides and FAQs, and provide guidance on standard office applications.
