- Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues
- Replicate and escalate technical issues to the development team

We are recruiting for a Testing and Software Support Technician to join a well-established Brighton-based business and its friendly, supportive team. This opportunity may suit a recent graduate with a Maths, Science or IT-related background, or someone taking their first step into a technology career. We offer the opportunity to develop technical skills, work closely with experienced developers and gain exposure to software testing and support. The role is based in Brighton and runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, with a salary of £26,000–£28,000 depending on experience, 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with service), and a company pension.
