Requirements
- Strong business analysis experience across technology or digital transformation programmes
- Experience gathering and documenting complex business and functional requirements
- Strong process-mapping, workshop-facilitation and stakeholder-engagement skills
- Experience bridging business and technical teams
- Experience supporting testing, UAT and implementation
- Good understanding of GIS/geospatial systems and processes
- Esri ArcGIS experience is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business and user requirements
- Map current and future-state business processes and GIS workflows
- Translate operational requirements into clear functional requirements
- Bridge business users and GIS/technical delivery teams
- Facilitate workshops with operational, technical and programme stakeholders
- Support solution design, testing, UAT and implementation
- Identify business, process, data and system impacts
- Work with Change, Programme, Project and Technical Leads throughout delivery and go-live
