Requirements
- Senior backend engineering experience, with a track record of building and operating enterprise-scale web applications and substantial hands-on responsibility.
- Production experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, API design, asynchronous programming, SQL, and relational data modelling.
- Practical experience profiling applications, diagnosing bottlenecks, and reducing end-to-end latency, supported by before-and-after measurements.
- Examples of simplifying architecture and data models, identifying redundant data structures, and delivering safe, incremental refactoring or migration.
- Financial services or banking experience.
- Full-stack developers will also be considered.
- Desirable experience includes Snowflake query optimisation and stored procedures; Snowpark Container Services or comparable container platforms; AG Grid and TanStack Query; workforce, finance, or other sensitive enterprise-data applications; and approval and audit workflows. Experience with every component of the stack is not essential.
