Salary: £85,000 - 100,000 per year
Requirements
- Commercial experience building AI platforms and commercially delivering complex, end-to-end AI projects or products
- Enterprise-level agent design, creation and support experience
- Strong hands-on development experience, including object-oriented programming; C# is preferred
- Python experience
- Entra and Azure Cloud experience, including Azure Functions, Service Bus and Azure DevOps
- Experience with AI Foundry, APIs, MCP, frontier AI tools and models, large language models, SQL, DevOps and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Experience moving from hands-on development into commercial AI solutions building
- Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- A curious mindset and enthusiasm for technology and AI architecture
- Desirable: experience with other cloud platforms, Azure or AI certifications, and architectural frameworks for best-practice standards

The role is based in London, with three days per week on site, and offers a salary of up to £100,000; candidates with higher salary requirements are also encouraged to express interest.
