Requirements
- Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 Finance & Operations.
- Experience troubleshooting ERP application issues and supporting business users.
- Understanding of operational business processes, ideally in manufacturing, supply chain or distribution.
- Some exposure to system administration, configuration, upgrades or implementation activities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with an interest in developing technical knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-line application support for D365 Finance & Operations.
- Investigate and resolve system issues, working with internal teams and external technical partners as needed.
- Support users across different business functions and help them get the most from the ERP platform.
- Assist with system administration, user permissions, configuration and general maintenance.
- Support upgrades, testing, deployments and ongoing improvement projects.
- Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve system reliability, efficiency and user experience.
