Requirements
- Experience managing technical backlogs across stakeholder groups and communicating their content and benefits.
- Experience with Google Cloud data science products, DevOps, and delivery using Google Public Cloud, Kyndryl, and Azure.
- Strong understanding of the UK commercial lending landscape.
- Expert knowledge of building and managing product backlogs in JIRA, including defining features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in product change governance, prioritisation, and Agile delivery.
- Proven ability to collaborate with external parties to define, prioritise, and track dependencies through to completion.
- Significant experience with bank change processes and related governance, including operational or project risk management and mitigation, and managing product budgets.
- Experience in Documentary Trade Account, One Account, or Invoice Finance.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical backlogs across stakeholder groups and communicate their content and benefits.
- Guide teams through technology modernisation.
- Manage product change governance.
- Prioritise work and coordinate with Customer Journey Managers to deliver the backlog through Integrators (Delivery Managers) and engineering teams using Agile methods.
- Secure dependencies outside the team, including defining, prioritising, and tracking work through to completion.
- Adapt bank change process and governance experience to the new platform model while managing risks, mitigations, and the product budget.
