Requirements
- Strong experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Strong experience with generative AI and LLM ecosystems such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, and LangChain
- Experience designing agentic AI and multi-agent systems
- Expertise in NLP, computer vision, and conversational AI
- Expertise in model deployment, including MLOps, APIs, and cloud platforms
- Expertise in data processing and feature engineering
- Experience with source code management tools such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket
- Production experience developing and deploying code, including production support
- Hands-on experience in NLP, computer vision, and voice AI
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions
- Build scalable, robust AI architectures, including LLM-powered systems and multi-agent frameworks
- Translate business requirements into AI models and system designs
- Ensure AI solutions are performant, reliable, scalable, and cost-optimized
- Develop generative AI solutions using large language models
- Build agentic AI systems, including multi-agent orchestration and autonomous workflows
- Design and implement LLM-based assistants, copilots, and conversational AI systems
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs
- Build and manage machine learning pipelines for training, validation, deployment, and monitoring
- Ensure model explainability, fairness, and governance compliance
- Implement AI safeguards for safety, bias detection, and hallucination controls
- Ensure adherence to responsible AI principles, including security, privacy, and compliance
- Identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver quality work to plan
- Develop the technical capability of the internal team as a senior lead
- Support production deployment of developed code
