Responsibilities
- We become the go-to expert on Street.co.uk and Bridge, building our product knowledge continuously.
- We respond to client queries primarily via live chat, and also by email, phone, and video where needed.
- We decide when to escalate issues and when we can solve them ourselves.
- We bring in our engineering team for technical issues when appropriate.
- We proactively ensure clients understand and get the most from new product updates.
- We capture client feedback and feature requests and make sure the right people hear them.
- We work with clients of all sizes, from small independents to large multi-branch agencies.
