Requirements: We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with roughly 5+ years of Product/UX Design experience.We value experience in SaaS or complex product environments.We need strong proficiency in Figma and confidence working with modern design systems.We expect you to be comfortable using AI tools across your workflow, including shipping small changes directly to production.We want someone who can plan and run their own user research, choosing the right method for the question.We need you to define success before launch and measure outcomes after release.We are looking for someone who can communicate design decisions clearly to engineers, product managers, and commercial stakeholders.We expect candidates to be commercially fluent and able to balance user needs with business goals.You must be eligible to live and work in the UK.We welcome applicants who may not meet every requirement but can demonstrate strong alignment with the role. Responsibilities: We want you to partner with our Product Managers and Engineers to shape the roadmap and decide what we build next.We expect you to identify problem areas worth solving and proactively propose solutions.We want you to define success criteria before shipping work and evaluate performance after release using analytics, support data, and customer feedback.We expect you to speak with users directly, including joining calls and visiting them in branch to understand pain points and test workflows.We want you to move from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity prototypes using the most appropriate tool for the job.We expect you to use an AI-native, code-first workflow to speed up iteration and validate ideas in the live product environment.We want you to design AI experiences where they genuinely help users and avoid gimmicks.We expect you to own design end to end, from research through shipping and measuring impact.We want you to challenge assumptions, think from first principles, and push for better solutions when evidence supports it.We expect you to collaborate closely with the wider squad and contribute strategically to what we build, not just how it looks.
