Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct user interviews and workshops to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps and release plans.
- Track and analyse key product metrics, such as user engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate product performance to stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of product releases and updates.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business functions, technical teams, Vendor partners) to ensure successful product delivery.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies related to digital product development.
- Continuously learn and develop new skills to enhance your analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
