Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust are pleased to be able to recruit 4Registered Nurse Apprenticeship posts in the mental health field
Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months recent experience in a health and clinical based role.
** Please be aware that the above places are subject to the University receiving sufficient applicants to form a viable cohort**
An apprentice must have lived in the UK for 3 years prior to the start date of the apprenticeship for reasons other than full time education.
This visa must be valid for the full length of the apprenticeship when applying.
The Trust currently supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the National Agenda for Change hourly rate falls below this.
Main duties of the job
This Higher Apprenticeship in Nursing allows you to study for a BN degree and you can register with the NMC as a nurse. Apprenticeships are required by the NMC to complete 4600 hours: 2300 in theory and 2300 in practice. This is a full-time course, run over 3 years. You will be paid at a band 3 agenda for change.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Maths and English GSCE at C/4 or above or equivalent such as Level 2 Functional Skills Meets the entry requirements for University (see attached documents). All qualifications will be assessed on an individual basis Have a vocational qualification at Level 3 e.g. NVQ Level 3 or be able to demonstrate an equivalent leve of knowledge or experience
Knowledge and Expertise Essential
