Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team as part of our well-established bank. This role will provide nursing care as delegated by the Senior Nurse and implement evidence-based nursing care within the care setting i.e., inpatient rehabilitation ward or in the patient place of residence. We will provide you with a level of training and support to bolster your healthcare assistant skills to meet the identified patient needs and support across multiple service providers. You will be required to travel across all areas covered by our North Kent services, so a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to work independently with technology.

Qualifications Essential

The ideal candidate will have a care certificate or an equivalent health and social care qualification, along with evidence of relevant healthcare experience.
