Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Validation & processing of suppliers’ invoices in internal systems
- Formal control of invoices
- Allocation of invoices to respective repair, damage, etc.
- Analyze logistics data (KPI’s, trends, forecast) and send reports for assigned entities regularly
- Manage logistics cost control activities for assigned entities including month end closing to meet the deadlines
- Interaction with supplier network (phone / email and platform)
- Act as a contact point for suppliers, internal customers and managements in order to provide the information about the analyze logistics data
Requirements
Education
- Secondary with school-leaving examination
- Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
- University education (Bachelor's degree)
- University education (Master's degree)
Experience
- Billing experience, AP/AR
Specific knowledge
- Microsoft Excel – advanced
- English - B2 (active verbal and written communication)
