Job Title Logistics Specialist Department Tracking Shared Service Center Part Time Type Full time Role Summary We are looking for a logistics professional to plan, monitor, and optimize vessel transportation while managing transport documentation and tracking delivery orders to ensure efficient operations. The role involves close collaboration with Samsung departments, customers, and logistics service providers, as well as analyzing logistics data, including KPIs, trends, and forecasts, to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
• Vessel transport planning
• Monitoring of maritime transport
• Evidence of transportation related document
• Communication with other Samsung departments and offices, with customers and logistics service providers (LSP)
• Checking the status of created delivery orders
• Optimization of transport
• Analyzing of logistics data (KPI, trends, forecasts)
Requirements
• Experience: Logistics experience • Requirements: Language: Advanced English knowledge (both written and verbal), Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Outlook), team work and goal oriented personality, ability to work in deadline-oriented environment and good analytical and organization skills
