Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to join our Endoscopy team within the Glan Clwyd Hospital.
You will work alongside the nursing staff, Doctors, the public, management and staff from internal and external sources through the provision of clerical duties.
High levels of customer service and excellent communication/interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to use your own initiative to solve problems as they arise.
You will have experience in an administrative role preferably worked with the public and be competent in IT in the workplace. Attention to detail and accurate data capture is paramount.
Level 3 Welsh speaking is essential

Skills Essential
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & telephone) Excellent interpersonal skills in order to deal with clinicians, senior managers and clerical staff Good keyboard skills for regular use of computer systems/I.T skills Able to concentrate on Administrative duties within a work pattern in an unpredictable environment with constant interruptions from Patients, medical staff and external agencies.
Desirable
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office similar PAS system. Competent in the use of WPAS Patient Administration System
