Job summary <p>We are looking for a dedicated and motivated <strong>Band 5 Staff Nurse.</strong></p><p>The<strong> Staff Nurse</strong> is a registered nurse working as part of the Health Visiting Team providing preventative and supportive health care to children and families in Wiltshire.</p><p>This includes the identification, monitoring and provision of targeted support to vulnerable children and those whose welfare and safety may be at risk.</p><p>Our <strong>Staff Nurses</strong> work as a member of the Health Visiting Team maintaining a public health focus under the supervision of a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) to deliver the Healthy Programme in a variety of settings including the home and community venues as delegated by the Health Visitor. All allocated work is completed within the designated competency framework.</p><p><strong>Base</strong></p><p>Our Healthy Family Teams support our Wiltshire-wide service, and you will based at one of the 3 main hubs In Wiltshire and supported by agile and mobile working. </p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Work within the boundaries of the Staff Nurse Competency framework</p></li><li><p>Work with the Health Visiting Team to achieve Key Performance Indicators</p></li><li><p>Work in partnershi
