Job summary <p><strong>Make a meaningful difference at the heart of adult services</strong>.<br>As Senior Community Health Navigator, youll play a pivotal role in supporting adults across BSW (BaNES, Swindon & Wiltshire), leading and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Community Health Navigator and Administration team. Based at The Orbital in Swindon, youll provide clear, supportive line management, overseeing workload allocation, performance, absence management, one-to-ones, appraisals and training - ensuring the team delivers high-quality, timely support.</p><p>This is a fast-paced, people-focused role suited to someone highly organised, proactive and confident in their communication. Youll work closely with clients and stakeholders, handling sensitive and confidential information with care, empathy and professionalism, while recognising when to collaborate with the wider multidisciplinary team.
