Main duties of the job We are seeking compassionate and motivated Band 5 Community Staff Nurses to join our Gravesend Alliance Team. This role offers a supportive environment for both newly qualified and experienced nurses to thrive through our award-winning Preceptorship Scheme. Located in Gravesham Community Hospital, the position provides full-time work with flexibility across shifts between 08:00 and 20:00, 7 days a week. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality nursing care in homes and community settings, working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, and supporting patients and their families. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) within a team that provides care 7 days a week between 08:00 20:00, ensuring flexibility and balance across shifts.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
