Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Supervision
- Deliver courses in undergraduate programs
- Apply innovative teaching pedagogies
- Supervise student projects and internships.
Service & Academic Leadership
- Contribute to curriculum development, program review, and continuous improvement aligned with national and international accreditation frameworks
- Participate actively in departmental committees, student engagement, and institutional service.
Research & Scholarship
- Conduct original research in Management or related areas
- Present at international conferences and seek external research funding.
- Collaborate with academic, industry, and community partners on applied and interdisciplinary research initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Recent PhD or PhD candidate in Management from an accredited university.
- Demonstrated university-level teaching experience and commitment to student-centered learning.
Desirable Skills
- Effective teaching, mentoring, and supervision abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intercultural competence and the ability to work effectively in a diverse academic and cultural environment.
