CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in visa services, visa consultancy, corporate travel or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of visa requirements across multiple destinations
- Proven experience in corporate client relationship management and business development
- Ability to independently manage complex client portfolios
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Leadership ability with experience coaching or mentoring team members
- High level of professionalism, commercial awareness and customer focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems
- Any academic or professional qualification relevant to travel, tourism, business or customer service will be an added advantage
