Main duties of the job
As the Property & Operations Administrator, you will provide administrative support to assist the Property and Operational teams in the delivery of an efficient and effective service to our tenants and customers such that they feel valued by CHP.
You role is primarily to provide effective and efficient administrative support for regional operational team(s), but be involved with national administrative tasks, projects, and support, sharing information and best practices.
You will also provide support and cover for other administrators within P&O team so that the support is robust, flexible and an agile multi-operational.

Qualifications Essential
GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 minimum or equivalent
Desirable
NVQ Level 2 equivalent 4-5 GCSE grades 4 - 9 (A*-C)

Proven experience as an Administrator, Secretary, Executive Assistant or similar Organising, coordinating, circulating agendas and documents, taking minutes and updating action logs Knowledge of administrative and financial processes IT literate: database inputting; MS suite Word Excel; Microsoft Teams; Outlook; accommodation and travel
Desirable
Software packages such as Unit 4, Horizon and Assure Experience of working with external suppliers Knowledge of ordering and raising purchase requisitions, processing invoices for recharges, emailing budget statements, updating trackers with certification and dates, e.g. Amazon/ Office Direct etc.
